If your world has changed overnight…

There are many sources of trauma in this world. We’ll all get caught in it, and sometimes the storms we weather are more intense than we could imagine. Trauma takes many forms - form a single event, to small, distressing moments that add up over time.

Whatever the reason, trauma leaves us changed. Many of us need help in understanding our needs through it’s imprint on us.

Erin, in addition to her CBT work in helping others cope through changing the way we think, act and feel, has worked with survivors of trauma for over a decade. She has been trained by the UCLA RTC as a certified trauma counselor and is committed to helping others cope through crisis.

If you are struggling with the impact of distressing events. Please don’t hesitate to seek help. It is sometimes the hardest, but definitely the best thing you can do to stop it from continuing to hurt you.
